What will you be doing here?

O profissional será responsável por: servir como ponto de contato e grande facilitador entre as áreas comerciais de negócio, tecnologia e produtos e serviços digitais, entendendo as estratégias, necessidades e dores do negócio com o objetivo de ajudar na estruturação, planejamento e entrega de soluções de TI que potencializam a saúde do negócio, simplifique processos, acelere a transformação digital e aumente o nível de satisfação dos usuários internos, força de vendas e representantes.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Apoio ao planejamento, construção de materiais de apoio e implementação de evoluções e projetos em sistemas, com o objetivo de justificar o investimento da companhia;

• Integrar e liderar iniciativas com todas as áreas de negócios/ tecnologia/ produto garantindo o menor impacto para os processos envolvidos;

• Colaborar para evolução e criação de novos serviços digitais que impulsionam os resultados dos times de negócio, aliados ao avanço tecnológico;

• Identificar oportunidades de melhorias junto às áreas parceiras considerando e disseminando as novas tecnologias digitais disponíveis;

• Coordenar e mapear a análise de processos de negócio, atuando como facilitador e simplificador da comunicação entre as partes, a fim de estabelecer os requisitos que proporcionarão melhorias/evoluções nos sistemas de informação, buscando determinar as melhores práticas de mercado e visando uma experiência do usuário diferenciada;

• Mapear e analisar os impactos de novas iniciativas de tecnologia nos processos de negócios e sistemas vigentes para apoiar as áreas parceiras na estruturação do plano de gestão de mudança;

• Apresentar, a partir da transformação digital, os benefícios e impactos nos processos às principais áreas interessadas;

• Estruturar, organizar e apresentar roadmap de iniciativas indicando interdependências, impactos, riscos, etc para que o negócio tenha as melhores informações para a tomada de decisão.

Quais os Requisitos?

• Formação superior em Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Engenharia da Computação;

• Experiência mínima de 1 ano como business partner de tecnologia para áreas de negócio;

• Conhecimento básico de sistemas que envolvam vendas, fluxos de pedidos, ativos digitais e SAP;

• Conhecimento em gestão de portfólio e metodologias de projetos (ágeis ou não).
