The role of Regional IT Business Partner is to serve as a strategic partner with senior management in the region, driving business transformation through effective technology solutions. This position requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as expertise in ITIL processes and frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT demand and delivery across multiple countries in the region
- Collaborate with regional teams to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Leverage IT tools and technologies to drive business innovation and growth
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Technology, with 5-7 years of experience in IT
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to support functional workstreams
- Experience with ERP implementation and/or program management
- SAP knowledge preferred
Main Competences:
- Strong communication and general management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Expertise in ITIL processes and frameworks
- Business acumen and understanding of global market trends
