**Your Profile**
**- Market Expansion & Customer Strategy**:
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s flavour market share in existing and new markets. Identify opportunities and new product areas to fuel growth.
**- Client Relationship Management**:
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients, including distributors, and other stakeholders within the flavors industry. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**- Sales & Revenue Generation**:
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and preparing sales presentations.
**- Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure pipeline expansion. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
**Mandatory requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the flavors market, including key players and customer needs.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for growth.
- Travel is required for client meetings.
- Fluent in English **(mandatory)**.
