Overview Business Central Developer (Remote - Latam) – This role is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are seeking a Business Central Developer in Latin America. The position involves designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions across multiple business functions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, optimize workflows, and customize the platform to meet business needs. Advanced English proficiency is required to communicate effectively across global teams. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business processes, objectives, and pain points Translate business requirements into Business Central configurations, workflows, and customizations Align Business Central modules—including finance, billing, banking, and reporting—with existing business processes Recommend improvements and enhancements to optimize system performance and business efficiency Provide technical and functional support to ensure solutions meet business goals Contribute to integration projects with third‑party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or NAV 5+ years of experience with C/AL and/or AL programming 5+ years of experience in Reports Development within Dynamics BC and/or NAV 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server 3+ years of experience integrating Business Central with third‑party systems 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform Strong functional and technical knowledge of Business Central Advanced English level required for client‑facing communication and collaboration Preferred Experience recommending and implementing process improvements Familiarity with workflow optimization and system automation Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Benefits Competitive USD salary based on experience and skills 100% remote work with flexibility across Latin America Paid time off, sick leave, and national holidays according to local regulations Refundable annual credit for personal perks and work‑life balance Team‑building activities, tech talks, and interactive events for collaboration Birthday day off to celebrate with family and friends Supportive, autonomous work environment promoting professional development and growth Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Non-profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
