About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Senior Developer with a strong backend focus to join our production support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing software, fixing bugs, and providing remote or on-site support to users. This role requires fluency in Spanish (primary) and intermediate English. Key Responsibilities Provide remote or on-site user support. Resolve incidents efficiently through ticket management. Develop software and fix bugs in existing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve applications. Technical Requirements Strong experience in Java EE development. Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Experience with GIT and Maven. SQL expertise and database modeling skills. Experience with messaging systems or queue managers. Docker knowledge for containerization. Additional Requirements Ability to handle on-call duties outside normal working hours when needed. Willingness to travel internationally if required by clients. Soft Skills Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Strong self-management and proactive problem-solving. Eagerness for continuous learning and skill development. Ideal Candidate A backend-oriented fullstack developer with a strong technical foundation, who can troubleshoot production issues, work collaboratively, and adapt to dynamic environments while supporting critical business operations.
