Title and Summary Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Job Description Summary At Mastercard, we are dedicated to strengthening our teams with the best diverse talents. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to support our recruitment efforts across the Latin America and Caribbean region. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring top candidates for a wide range of positions. You will play a critical part in ensuring that we attract and onboard diverse, high‑quality talent to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract the best applicants. You will work closely with business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with Mastercard's overarching talent agenda, ensuring that our programs are scalable and effectively support local, regional, and global needs. Key Responsibilities Align talent acquisition strategies with Mastercard’s talent agenda. Design, plan, and coordinate talent acquisition efforts, ensuring scalability across regional and global activities. Serve as a trusted consultant to the business, providing expertise in talent planning, recruiting, candidate sourcing, market research, and employment branding. Develop sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospective candidates. Execute marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g., timed social media postings, segmentation‑driven visuals), and collaborate with Communications to achieve designated objectives. May coordinate phases of the talent acquisition process for assigned talent pipeline and evaluate team recommendations of candidates. Follow talent acquisition specific processes and systems. Monitor progress against quarterly goals for time‑to‑fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and candidate pipelines. All About You Experience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast‑paced, high volume and matrixed environment. Experience and familiarity supporting talent acquisition for Latin America & The Caribbean markets. Track record delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectations. Consistently delivered performance at or exceeding quarterly goals for time‑to‑fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and candidate pipelines. Experience screening, assessing and selecting prospective top candidates and providing robust analysis and insight to candidates. Experience conducting market research independently and communicating effectively and clearly with research subjects (i.e., cold‑calling, interviewing), collating findings in a clear manner across multiple functions & industries. Experience in one of the Tier 1 strategy consulting firms. Demonstrated success in identifying new candidate pools and sources. Fluent in English; Spanish desired. Bachelor’s Degree. Location: São Paulo, Brazil. The role is hybrid – candidates must visit the Mastercard office three times a week.
