About The RoleDynamic Yield is looking for a Fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team in São Paulo. This role connects our software with client happiness, helping customers understand and best use Dynamic Yield products to fit their needs. The role requires knowledge of on-site optimization, digital execution, and the ability to synthesize onsite testing data to help clients achieve their business goals. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and program management is critical, as is the ability to coordinate with internal teams and client expectations. Creative and critical thinkers, problem solvers, and strong communicators are primed for success in this role.
Responsibilities- Help clients operationalize onsite testing and personalization best practices, creating great client personalization expertise to exceed their onsite business goals
- Evangelize adoption of the Dynamic Yield solution and achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Ensure appropriate resources are dedicated both internally and externally to meet/exceed project and customer expectations
- Review overall program status with clients on a regular basis, usually in the form of client calls, web presentations or onsite meetings as required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their Dynamic Yield personalization program
- Consult with clients on product features, functionality and onboarding best practices
- Distill Dynamic Yield-driven value from utilizing personalization programs and digital testing data
- Analyze data and propose value-driving recommendations
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- Fortune 1000 client-facing experience as a Customer Success Manager is preferred
- B.A./B.S. Degree in analytic/economic/business management disciplines
- Experience or expertise in digital marketing best practices, website conversion tactics and strategy
- Experience with digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B testing tools
- Experience managing end-to-end testing implementations including requirements gathering, hypothesis setting, KPI selection and goal achievement, test execution, and result summarization
- eCommerce, CRO and website personalization knowledge and experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities; ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Empathy and a strong ability to understand customer needs
- Passion for customer success and its impact on business outcomes
- Strong project management or organizational skills and ability to multitask
