What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Create and qualify new sales opportunities, driving account growth through collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Manage the development and execution of dynamic customer plans to maintain long-term business relationships
  • Elevate customer engagement through strategic relationships at multiple levels within organizations
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market position for assigned accounts
  • Analyze customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to secure new business
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of business sales experience, particularly with large enterprise accounts in the healthcare sector (Required)
  • At least 4+ years of experience leading technology implementations in the healthcare vertical (Required)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry (Required)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel (Required)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with T-Mobile's tools and systems
  • Proven ability to navigate internal and external partners effectively
  • Experience creating and presenting persuasive content to C-level executives
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contractual agreements
