Overview This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Responsibilities Prepare, review and organize legal documents for residential mortgage loan and product settlements, and ensure conditions, including but not limited to title binder, fees, closing service letter, wire instructions, and hazard and flood insurance policies are satisfactory for loan closure and are within investor guidelines Establish and maintain high quality working relationships with all customers, attorneys and title companies, and guide internal customers in the collection of appropriate documentation to secure second mortgages and/or other products Maintain in-depth knowledge of and ensure adherence to all conventional and government mortgage closing procedures, guidelines, regulations and processes, and ensure compliance with requirements under TRID Lead, train and mentor junior staff, resolve escalated issues, assist in the development and implementation of process improvements, complete special projects Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required) 3 or more years Residential Mortgage banking and closing. (Required) Other Duties This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The hourly rate for this position is $19.90 - $31.44. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
