Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, process improvement, and be ready to serve as a business partner to our business leaders. In this role, you will provide insights to drive decision-making, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.

Main Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python) and Salesforce.
  • Identify trends and patterns in sales data to support decision-making.
  • Conduct market trend analysis, updating the Sales team as necessary.
Sales Process Optimization
  • Evaluate and improve existing sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Sales Forecasting and Planning
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Provide analytical support for sales planning and territory management.
  • Track and report on sales performance against targets.
CRM Management
  • Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM.
  • Train and support sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive company-wide initiatives.
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and support mid-level and junior analysts in the RevOps team.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Performance Metrics
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics related to sales operations.
  • Provide regular insights into performance trends and areas for improvement.
Enablement
  • Develop and present Sales Plays and methodologies for consumption by the Sales teams.
Strategic Projects
  • Lead strategic projects related to the annual KPIs of the Sales Operations team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced knowledge in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
