About The Job

Our Strategy and Planning team, part of Sales Operations, accelerates the growth of our Sales organization. We serve as strategic partners to our Senior Sales Leaders, collaborating on initiatives to optimize sales processes, drive revenue, and uncover business insights through data analysis. We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join us to combine strategic planning and analysis with operational execution. You will learn the ins and outs of our Latin America Acquisition & Growth Sales Businesses, build relationships with the senior leadership team, and drive initiatives to scale and grow the organization. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of what drives successful sales teams, a passion for data analysis and storytelling, and excels at crafting narratives that facilitate sales team growth.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in São Paulo for our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the analytical cadence of the business, including quarterly business reviews and organizational deep dives
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales leadership to conduct market and segment-specific analyses and uncover actionable insights
  • Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles and comp plans
  • Establish trust with key stakeholders in sales leadership and cross-functional partners (Finance, Operations, Compensation, HR, Recruiting)
  • Become an expert in Acquisition & Growth sales motions and support go-to-market initiatives and strategies
  • Think critically to navigate ambiguous situations, problem-solve, and provide recommendations to the team and leadership
  • Continuously assess business performance, drive diagnostics, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve, grow, and scale
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics
  • Effective communicator who can translate complex concepts into business language
  • Experience in a business partner role and/or managing executive relationships
  • Experience with quarterly planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Self-starter who shares new ideas and can disrupt processes to improve operating rhythm
  • Curious and willing to learn and innovate
  • Ability to write SQL queries to extract data for analysis
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with at least one major BI tool (Tableau, CRM Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker)
  • Ability to navigate Salesforce; CRM Analytics experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; proficient in Portuguese and/or Spanish required
  • Located in Sao Paulo preferred
