As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems of our product. This position requires a problem solver who combines experience, knowledge, and independence to tackle complex tasks. System Architecture We are looking for someone who can architect backend systems using best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Feature Implementation You will be responsible for implementing and iterating features strategically, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Collaboration As part of our fast‑paced early‑stage startup environment, you will work collaboratively and efficiently across functional teams to drive innovation and growth. API Design We need someone who can design, extend, and implement APIs that meet our product's requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Code Quality Maintaining high engineering quality standards through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics is essential for this role. Automation Improving engineering productivity through automation and tool development is key to driving efficiency and reducing costs. Process Definition Defining engineering processes for product launches and releases ensures smooth execution and minimizes downtime. Talent Development Helping grow the engineering team by conducting technical interviews and providing feedback is an important aspect of this role.
