We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our engineering team. As Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing strategic leadership to drive initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Management role within a global solutions team; Technical leadership: Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, provide technical guidance and feedback, ensure quality, performance and security; Project Management: Ensure valuable deliveries, manage timeline, ceremonies and project metrics; People Management: Evaluations, IDP, feedback, 1:1 sessions, motivate the team and provide career direction; Relationship management with stakeholders, taking accountability to deliver software solutions; Suggest process improvements. Essential skills include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; Experience with software development; Leadership experience in software development projects; Delivery of software projects and team management; Managing customer expectations while working with cross-functional teams; Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies; Driving innovation and delivering roadmap features.
