**Gerente de Contas I**:
Estamos com 2 vagas para Gerentes de Contas I altamente motivados(as) e qualificados(as) para integrar nossa equipe.:
**Região 1: SP, PR, SC, RS**
**Região 2: MG,RJ, ES,GO,MS,MT**
Estes profissionais serão responsáveis por desdobrar e executar as estratégias regionais, com o objetivo de impulsionar o crescimento acelerado das vendas locais.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desenvolver e implementar táticas de vendas alinhadas à estratégia regional para alcançar as metas estabelecidas;
- Identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócios na região;
- Manter e expandir a carteira de clientes, construindo relacionamentos sólidos e duradouros;
- Desenvolvimento e treinamento de equipe de vendas nos canais parceiros da região;
- Levantamento de leads e oportunidades de vendas de máquinas industriais nos segmentos têxtil, comunicação visual e impressão de rótulos e etiquetas;
- Analisar o mercado local, identificando tendências e oportunidades de crescimento;
- Colaborar com a equipe de marketing para desenvolver campanhas e promoções regionais eficazes;
- Acompanhar e reportar o desempenho de vendas, ajustando as táticas conforme necessário para garantir o atingimento das metas;
- Participar de eventos e feiras regionais para promover a marca e os produtos da empresa;
- Fornecer feedback constante à gerência sobre as necessidades e percepções dos clientes locais.

- Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia ou área relacionada será um diferencial;
- Inglês e espanhol desejável;
- Experiência comprovada em vendas, preferencialmente na região;
- Residência em São Paulo ( região 1) e/ou Minas Gerais ( região 2);
- Habilidade para desenvolver e executar estratégias de vendas táticas;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação;
- Orientação para resultados, com capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe;
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes na região.
