Rebag operates online and in stores with locations in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. Founded in 2014, Rebag is backed by venture capital investors and has been recognized for innovation in the industry. The Role The role is based with Rebag’s Tokyo office (REBAG JAPAN G.K.). It is a full-time position reporting remotely to the Japan Operations Manager and working with the Operations/Buying/Bizdev teams in Japan and the US. This is a fast-growing startup opportunity to contribute to the future of collaborative luxury. Responsibilities Preparing and filing forms and other documents. Updating logs and order forms. Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager. Take care of overall office needs (e.g., handling phone calls from vendors/partners, purchasing office supplies, communication with providers, coordination of office repairs, documents handling, etc.). Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required. Provide support to the Operations Manager and team members as needed. Communication with logistics partners; resolve issues regarding shipment and provide all pertinent shipping information to logistics (e.g., create shipping lists with necessary information and send to logistics before merchandise arrives at the warehouse). Daily update and monitoring of all shipping from Japan in the inventory system (update each order with shipping schedule and tracking information). Communication with NY Headquarters (inquiries related to shipments from Japan with HQ operations and buying teams). What We Expect You To Bring To The Table Must be living in Latin America Must be bilingual with fluency in English and Japanese (written and verbal). Hands-on attitude; hard-working and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive, high energy, team-spirited, collaborative, and open-minded. Detail-oriented with strong data entry, data processing, reporting, and analytical skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel). Previous experience in retail and logistics (WMS) is ideal. Availability to work with different time zones.
