Manages sales activities in South America for Ventomatic's range of products and systems in order to contribute to business results.
Main Accountabilities:
- Report to the Head of Sales, based in Italy
- Plans and executes sales activities in order to meet determined objectives within the geographical area
- Implements strategies within a determined price policy adjusted to the market situation to ensure that the determined goals and targets are met
- Develops and retains key customer contacts to build long-term profitable relationships
- Stays well informed about market trends in order to conduct assessments of long-term market needs
- Leads negotiations to leads to the best possible terms for Ventomatic
- Collaborates closely with Product Managers on technical questions in sales processes as a foundation for a product offering which meets the clients' needs in a commercially relevant manner
- Builds long lasting relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities
- Collaborates with local network of colleague and agents
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Bachelor/Master of Science or the equivalent knowledge
- Some years of experience
- International sales experience
- Preferably knowledge of the Ventomatic products (or equivalent) and technical solutions
- Basic awareness of site operations
- Commercial knowledge
