Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales activities in South America. Your key objective is to manage sales in the region to contribute to business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet determined objectives within the geographical area.
  • Implement effective pricing policies adjusted to the market situation to achieve desired goals and targets.
  • Nurture key customer contacts to establish long-term profitable relationships.
  • Stay informed about market trends to assess long-term market needs.
  • Lead negotiations to secure optimal terms for FLSmidth Cement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers on technical questions in sales processes to offer commercially relevant products.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the local network of colleagues and agents.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor/Master of Science or equivalent knowledge.
  • Several years of experience in international sales.
  • Prior knowledge of similar products and technical solutions is preferred.
  • A basic understanding of site operations is essential.
  • Commercial acumen is required.
