Job Description:As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales activities in South America. Your key objective is to manage sales in the region to contribute to business results.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet determined objectives within the geographical area.
- Implement effective pricing policies adjusted to the market situation to achieve desired goals and targets.
- Nurture key customer contacts to establish long-term profitable relationships.
- Stay informed about market trends to assess long-term market needs.
- Lead negotiations to secure optimal terms for FLSmidth Cement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers on technical questions in sales processes to offer commercially relevant products.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the local network of colleagues and agents.
- Bachelor/Master of Science or equivalent knowledge.
- Several years of experience in international sales.
- Prior knowledge of similar products and technical solutions is preferred.
- A basic understanding of site operations is essential.
- Commercial acumen is required.
