We're seeking aresilient and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our multicultural LATAM Payroll Team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across multiple countries while fostering collaboration across regions. Beyond technical expertise, we valueownership, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

· Manage end-to-endpayroll operations for Brazil & SSL countries;

· Ensure100% accuracy and compliance with local statutory legislation and internal controls;

· Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies;

· Oversee timely payments ofsocial security, taxes, and other statutory deductions;

· Collaborate withlocal vendors, HR teams, and regional stakeholders to validate payroll data;

· Address internal/external payroll inquiries and deliver reports within deadlines;

· Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

· 7+ years of hands-onpayroll experience in Brazil, expertise inS SL countries is a plus;

· In-depth knowledge oflocal labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements;

· Fluent in Portuguese and English ; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus;

· Stronganalytical skills with meticulous attention to detail;

· Proven ability to managecross-country payroll operations and third-party providers.

· Background inBusiness, Accounting, or Finance;

· Familiarity withHR processes and policies .
