We are revolutionizing the way the world moves for future generations, and we want someone who is ready to move with us.Who will you be working with?As a member of the Digital Intelligence group, you will be responsible for working closely with senior and graduated engineers, along with other engineering disciplines (as required) to design, develop, and implement software solutions for company projects.How will you make a difference?With proactivity and teamwork, you will be responsible for implementing new solutions and maintaining our main projects.What do we want to know about you?- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;- Experience in Software Development (Angular,.NET, C#, C++);- Knowledge in relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle);- Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) and its ceremonies;- Intermediate to advanced English (participation in meetings in English when necessary);- Experience with Azure DevOps for integrating requirements with test cases;- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js);- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and find efficient solutions;- Proactivity: Ability to seek solutions, identify opportunities for improvement and propose new ideas;- Organization and Planning: Ability to organize tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines;What will your typical day look like?- Collaborate on software architecture, design, development, systems analysis, QA and DevOps;- Analyze, document, and refactor legacy software to a decentralized architecture;- Translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions;- Develop high-quality software using Embarcadero,.NET, C++, and C# technologies;- Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies;- Contribute to unit and integration testing to ensure code quality;- Collaborate effectively within a team, interacting with other developers and stakeholders;- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and promote continuous improvement.Who are we?- Wabtec Corporation is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for freight and transit rail as well as the mining, marine, and industrial markets.
