Join 4DF Connect as an IAM Business Analyst and help drive our IAM migration efforts. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, scope, and success criteria for the IAM migration. Analyze existing IAM configurations, policies, and data structures in AWS. Document current-state and future-state IAM architectures, including user roles, permissions, and authentication flows. Identify data dependencies, transformation requirements, and potential risks during migration. Work with engineering and security teams to ensure IAM policies align with compliance and governance standards in the private cloud. Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, process flows, and requirement specifications. Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate IAM functionality post-migration. Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment across business and technical teams. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in cloud migration or IAM-related projects. Strong understanding of AWS IAM services and private cloud security frameworks. Familiarity with identity federation, SSO, RBAC/ABAC models, and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
