Olá, aqui é a Camila Pardinho da CI&T Sou Analista de Atração de Talentos e procuro pessoas localizadas no Brasil para trabalhar como Mid-Level Tester Automation , e atuar em um projeto do ramo Seguros.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Criar, executar e manter testes automatizados e manuais para garantir a qualidade das aplicações desenvolvidas em Python, Node.js e React.
  2. Criar, otimizar e implementar prompts eficazes para agilizar e aprimorar os processos de quality assurance.
  3. Colaborar com desenvolvedores e equipes multidisciplinares para definir critérios de aceitação e validar novas funcionalidades.
  4. Identificar, documentar e acompanhar a resolução de bugs e problemas de performance.
  5. Participar de revisões de código e garantir a conformidade com padrões de qualidade.
  6. Desenvolver e otimizar testes de performance e escalabilidade.
  7. Manter a documentação dos processos de QA e das soluções técnicas implementadas.
  8. Acompanhar as tendências e novas tecnologias na área de testes e garantir a atualização das práticas de QA.
  9. Avaliar o impacto dos novos prompts e modelos de IA nas capacidades do produto e na experiência do usuário.

Requisitos:

  1. Experiência sólida em testes de software, incluindo testes funcionais, de regressão e de integração.
  2. Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação de testes (Selenium, Cypress, Jest ou similar).
  3. Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
  4. Familiaridade com APIs RESTful e GraphQL.
  5. Conhecimento em práticas de DevOps e ferramentas de CI/CD.
  6. Habilidade em trabalhar com bancos de dados NoSQL e Vetor (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Azure Search).
  7. Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipe.
  8. Proatividade e vontade de aprender novas tecnologias.
  9. Habilidade para resolver problemas de forma criativa e eficaz.
  10. Conhecimento em contêineres (Docker, Kubernetes) será um diferencial.
  11. Experiência com testes em ambientes de Cloud Provider Azure será valorizada.
  12. Compreensão e experiência prática com modelos fundamentais de IA, como GPT, Claude ou similares.
