We are a team of tech transformation specialists at CI&T, combining the power of Artificial Intelligence with human expertise to support large companies in navigating changes in technology and business.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Tester to join our team on a mobile project focused on the financial market. The products developed are intended for clients providing information and facilities for purchasing mutual funds, ETFs, retirement plans, bonds, and other financial products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Actively contribute to the development of test strategy, tools, and services.

- Improve quality standards and processes, ensuring they are followed by the entire team throughout the development life cycle.

- Design and create automated test cases to address business and technical use cases and acceptance criteria.

- Document, manage, and communicate quality metrics and KPIs.

**Requirements:**

- Advanced communication skills in English.

- Strong experience in mobile test automation, e.g. Appium, as well as leveraging device farms for visual regression testing.

- Understanding of git or other source control and task management tools (e.g. Jira).

- Experience working within a mature CI/CD environment and how QA participates.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience working with Sauce Labs, Espresso, XCUITest, and Appium.
