Job Description: Our organization is seeking a seasoned expert in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to take on the role of Senior Solution Architect / CRM Consultant. This key position will play a pivotal part in our client's transformation journey, focusing on simplifying and optimizing their complex CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in evaluating and rationalizing CRM architectures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. They must possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to communicate technical findings effectively, and have a deep understanding of data modelling, reconciliation, and automation.
