The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. **About the Team**:
Here at Shopee, we are dedicated to maintaining a secure and trusted platform to protect our business and the interests of our customers, sellers and partners.
Shopee Operations teams cover the entire end-to-end operational process, from the moment the shopper searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the shopper receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud and Compliance. - Develop process indicators from the available databases, aiming to ensure good operational performance;
- Ensure the monitoring of processes through the analysis of KPIs with the operational team, using systems and/or reports;
- Develop and monitor the operational headcount controls, based on the available databases, to control the absenteeism, turnover, and operational overtime indicators, proposing action plans to recover them when necessary;
- Responsible for developing and monitoring weekly meetings with the entire team at the national level;
- Define and monitor the execution of operational tests, through follow-up meetings to update the schedule and data on the test, ensuring a good evaluation of effectiveness and reduction of possible operational impacts;
- Participate in the development of operational processes in the facilities area, ensuring the standardization of the activities of the operational team;
- Act in-process audits to evaluate the correct operational execution of the designed activities;
- Participate in the development, implementation, and control of projects, aiming to guarantee the continuous improvement of the processes and the increase of operational productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation completed in Engineering, Logistics or related areas;
- High analytical skills, to diagnose process improvements and solve complex problems;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Google Tools;
- Knowledge in tools for project development;
- Intermediary SQL;
- Advanced on Power BI, Data Studio or Tableau;
- Experience with development and management of indicators (KPI's);
- Commitment, good interpersonal relationship, and good oral and written communication.
