**Propósito da posição**
O Process Optimizer é uma pessoa focada e de relacionamento estreito com as equipes de Operação eB2B e NBS (Nestlé Business Services), transitando entre a parte operacional e os stakeholders. Responsável por garantir que os planos de ação e iniciativas sejam executados no prazo e esperados resultados com maestria.
**Um dia na vida**
- Gestão do portfólio de Projetos/Iniciativas e Planos de ação, garantindo transparência na gestão e prioridades da área;
- Garantir que projetos e iniciativas sejam entregues no prazo, trabalhando em conjunto com equipes internas e externas;
- Liderar e conduzir reuniões sobre projetos de melhorias contínuas;
- Ajuda nas ações dos pilares de Performance Acceleration;
- Atualizar cronograma de projetos e documentação adequada nas ferramentas da Nestlé para refletir a realidade.
**O que vai contribuir para o seu sucesso?**
- Graduação completa em Economia, Administração, Comércio exterior, Relações internacionais e áreas afins;
- Mandatório inglês intermediário;
- Desejável espanhol intermediário;
- Conhecimento em Excel e Power Point;
- Desejável conhecimento de Power BI;
- Experiência em gestão de projetos e otimização de processos;
- Boa comunicação e Relacionamento com stakeholders internos e externos;
- Mindset de parceria e senso de dono;
- Foco no resultado, perfil analítico, cooperação;
- Mindset de melhoria contínua.
