What you will do
  • Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, following internal RACI procedures; lead the technical discovery call, build rapport quickly; demonstrate knowledge of the SDLC from ideation to market release to guide discussions; use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives, and extract high-level requirements (timeline, budget constraints, technical skill requirements, risk assessments); showcase strong presentation and storytelling skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop dynamic, visually compelling decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations; customize deliverables to reflect client challenges uncovered during discovery; integrate technical insights with business strategy to account for immediate deliverables and long-term client growth.
  • Team Buildout and Project Kickoff: Act as the primary coordination point among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering; ensure smooth hand-offs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kickoff; serve as a "concierge" for deals, maintaining fluid communication across functions to drive successful onboarding; translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives; maintain a sales/consulting mindset to align proposals with targeted business outcomes.
MUST HAVES
  • Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills: outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly; strong presentation and storytelling skills for client-facing interactions.
  • UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid grasp of UX principles and design thinking; proven track record of creating high-quality, visually engaging decks and proposals.
  • Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances while focusing on business impact.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information, identify insights, and recommend actionable strategies; prioritize client objectives while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: ability to work across multiple departments, manage internal communications as deals move from funnel to kickoff; serve as a liaison ensuring alignment among Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting.
  • Consultative Sales Experience: prior experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in a digital software consultancy; ability to translate client needs into actionable insights and proposals.
  • English: Upper Intermediate English level.
