**Job Description Summary**:
**Papéis e responsabilidades**
- Definir a estratégia dos fornecedores, incluindo o gerenciamento e a otimização de painéis de fornecedores. Liderar as negociações e alocar as necessidades para fornecedores específicos. Negociar termos e condições e transmitir informações para Compras. Gerenciar reclamações. Inclui gerenciamento comercial de sourcing, como análise de dados, suporte para negociações etc. Também pode incluir atividades de compra.
- Pode ter alguma autonomia para tomar decisões dentro de uma estrutura definida. Resolve problemas em situações que exigem bom conhecimento e julgamento dentro dos procedimentos estabelecidos. Consulta membros da equipe mais seniores com relação a problemas fora da política/parâmetros definidos.
- Um trabalho nesse nível requer boas competências interpessoais. Para funções voltadas para o cliente, desenvolve fortes relacionamentos com o cliente e serve como interface entre o cliente e a GE. Explica informações técnicas para outras pessoas
**Qualificações requeridas**
- Formação completa em Engenharia, Comércio Exterior, Administração ou similares;
- Sólida experiência na na área de sourcing;
- Experiência em compras para projetos;
- Desejável experiência em projetos no setor de energia;
- Inglês avançado;
- Espanhol Desejável;
- Desejável conhecimento de SAP;
- Experiência em desenvolvimento e qualificação de novos fornecedores;
