Hotel Contract Manager We're seeking a skilled Hotel Contract Manager to join our team. As the face of our company to suppliers, you'll develop strong relationships with clients for a defined portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area. This role involves leading the contracting process in a B2B and B2C environment, focusing on securing competitive rates for us. You'll negotiate contract renewal conditions, monitor hotel performance, and act as the primary point of contact for experienced suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers to secure competitive rates. Maintain open communication with suppliers to ensure a smooth contracting process. Monitor hotel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Act as the key point of contact for suppliers, developing and maintaining excellent relationships. Requirements: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience in contracting and supplier management within the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
