Job Title: Contract and Supplier Management Lead Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Contract and Supplier Management Lead to join our team. As the face of Hotelbeds, you will develop strong relationships with our suppliers for a defined portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate contract renewal conditions, including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policies. Monitor the performance of each hotel, working closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability is not an issue. Act as the key point of contact for experienced suppliers, developing and maintaining excellent relationships. Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions to maintain good service and positive relationships. Ensure suppliers understand Hotelbeds' value proposition and marketing tools to optimize contract income. Required Skills and Qualifications: Essential Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience in contracting and supplier management within the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems. Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
