Role and TeamYou will lead a team within the Talent Acquisition department, a key sub-team of our People division. You will support the hiring needs of our local team by serving as a point of contact for Business & Operations divisions. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and lead a team of international Talent Acquisition Specialists responsible for hiring across Business & Operations.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines.
- Define recruitment KPIs, track metrics, and analyze data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process, including position intake, job descriptions, interview structure and process, interview scorecards, and offer communications.
- Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to support organizational growth, such as employer branding campaigns and process improvements.
- A solid TA experience in recruitment and people management, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
- Advanced English language skills; Spanish or another language is a plus.
- Knowledge of Greenhouse is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
