Job Opportunity: Our organization is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical and GTM roles in LATAM. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams to define recruitment needs, design interview processes, and drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will proactively source top talent using various tools and methods to build diverse pipelines of qualified candidates. This position involves translating market research into strategic initiatives, staying up-to-date on competitors, compensation, and talent availability. A key responsibility will be to own the candidate experience, ensuring timely, transparent communication and smooth process flow throughout the recruitment funnel. We are looking for an innovative individual who can leverage AI and recruiting technology to increase speed, quality, and signal throughout the hiring process. The selected candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including DEI strategies, interview calibration, and talent analytics to enhance our recruitment processes. Key Requirements: Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting methodologies and best practices. Strong understanding of technical and GTM roles, as well as the LATAM market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable insights. Experience with AI and recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and predictive analytics tools.
