Requirements and skills
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Engenharias ou áreas relacionadas à tecnologia.
  • MBA ou especialização em gestão de projetos .
  • Bons conhecimentos em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Bons conhecimentos em ferramentas de gestão e organização (Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello ou similares).
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de riscos .
  • Capacidade de liderança, comunicação clara e tomada de decisão em cenários de mudança.
  • Habilidade para elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento e apresentar resultados a stakeholders.
  • Experiência prévia na gestão de squads de integração de APIs ou projetos envolvendo API Management, BFFs e portais de desenvolvedor .
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos de migração de sistemas legados para arquiteturas modernas em microsserviços.
  • Experiência com métricas de performance de squads (lead time, cycle time, throughput) e governança ágil.

Diferenciais

  • Atuação em projetos de interoperabilidade em saúde (ex.: HL7 FHIR, LGPD, ANS, ANVISA) ou integrações regulatórias.
  • Vivência em ambientes multicloud (Azure + GCP) e em projetos com pipelines CI/CD.
  • Histórico em projetos de compliance e segurança de APIs (OAuth2, OIDC, Keycloak).
  • Certificações relevantes: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist ou similares .
