3D Project Manager

We are looking for a **3D Project Manager** with solid experience managing 3D production pipelines and coordinating multidisciplinary creative teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and hands-on knowledge of key 3D tools and workflows. The 3D PM will oversee projects involving modeling, texturing, rendering, and visualization, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end 3D production workflows—from brief to final delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of 3D artists (modelers, texture artists, rendering specialists, etc.).
- Build and maintain production timelines, assign tasks, and monitor deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- Resolve production issues, delays, or resource conflicts efficiently.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, Shotgrid).
- Maintain clear documentation and regular status updates throughout each project.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in project management in 3D production environments.
- Strong understanding of 3D workflows and creative pipelines.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of:
- V-Ray
- 3ds Max
- Maya
- Substance Painter / Substance Designer
- Advanced or native-level English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent time management, team coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Own computer and stable internet for remote work.
**Nice to Have**:
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Blender, or similar tools.
- Certifications in project management.
- Experience managing remote international teams.
