**Do you enjoy managing projects financials to ensure successful outcomes?**:**Would you like the opportunity to develop your career with a global energy company?**:**Join a team that delivers financial leadership**Our Finance Team provides support for the business for financial planning, project finance management, compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.**Partner with the best**As a OTR Finance Leader you will play a critical role in managing the financials of large-scale projects to deliver value and ensure financial.As a **OTR Finance Leader**, you will be responsible for:- Ensuring project management is in accordance with Company guidelines.- Developing and monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet project milestones.- Providing financial insights and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risks and opportunities- Communicating change management to the Functional teams regarding changes in processes.- Identifying, tracking, resolving issues as well as communicating status of issues to functional teams.- Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and project execution.- Advising on cost management, resource allocation, and financial best practices to drive project success.**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.- Experience in Finance positions (FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, OTR Finance, Commercial Finance, others).- Demonstrate strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.- Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and senior stakeholders.- Be proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools and techniques.- Have experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software.**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
