Overview

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for the Research Assistant I/II in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref. ) to commence as soon as possible for one year. Location: Hong Kong. Responsibilities
  • The appointee will work for business analytics research.
Qualifications
  • A research-oriented Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Management or a related discipline.
  • Good command of written and spoken English; good project planning, communication and interpersonal skills; and experience in conducting extensive literature review.
  • Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis; knowledge of using business and analytical software such as Python and R; a strong sense of responsibility; the ability to work independently; and the motivation to learn.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
