Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems.
  • Work on defining architecture and implementing microservices-based solutions.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality development and performance practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making and technical discussions.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in software development with a strong focus on backend systems.
  • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL/SQL programming languages.
  • Knowledge of microservices-based architecture and containerization.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and suggest efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
