**Your mission**:
LaFinteca is a leading payment service focused on Latin America, seamlessly integrating popular payment methods across the continent. Specializing in Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), we are delivering a new type of payment system that finds opportunities for clients and helps them grow and succeed.
Reporting directly to global leadership, you will be at the forefront of building inclusive financial services, with direct exposure to C-level and high potential for internal growth. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing fintech where your work will drive access, inclusion, and operational scale across the country.
**Your profile**:
**Responsibilities**
- Understand central bank´s APIs and validate them through Postman
- Read, understand, create a plan and document integration requirements for the central bank´s API.
- Fix Errors
- Validate fields
- Verify happy paths from transactions
- Communicate with central bank POC and with internal stakeholders; including finance, operations, product and tech team.
- Support the Sales team with product-related technical matters
- Assist in communications with the Central Bank and other regulatory institutions
- Work directly with the Product and Tech teams
**Your profile**
- Bachelor Degree in Tech, Business and other related.
- Strong technical product understanding
- Experience in tech support or product operations
- Experience in banking, fintech, or digital platforms preferred
- Portuguese fluency, English at a professional level, Spanish is a plus
