**About the Team**:
- Product Integration Team is mainly focus on the Shopee Open API integration between the product features and business needs, both internally and externally. Integration covers all functions including but not limited to product listing, order management, logistics, payment, marketing, and seller services. Therefore, you will gain a bigger picture of the e-commerce industry. The team is focused on making incredible solutions, especially for external users which may affect great impacts on business holders. Join us to make the difference- Conduct test plans for APIs and report defects and issues found during testing to ensure the quality of products
- Extract data from DB by using SQL query to evaluate the business impact of an existing feature, upcoming feature, or even an issue to initiate improvement plans or cross-team optimization projects
- Engage with external stakeholders such as big seller ERPs and third-party ISVs to assist with system integration, troubleshooting, and guidance to facilitate the integration process
- Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize Shopee Open API to fulfill business needs. The internal stakeholders include but are not limited to Business Development, Operation, Logistics, and Regional teams
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese to work with both overseas and local teams. English is the main working language
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or technology fields
- Experience in product management and knowledge of programing language, API, and integration tools. Being capable of using postman, writing SQL queries, and processing data
- Comfortable with coordination with counterparts in the Asian market
- Preferable domain knowledge about the Brazilian e-commerce market
