Desktop Support in Nova Lima/MG

who wants to learn and transform his career.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must Have1. Should manage a team2. You have minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in pc and/or mobile telephony support3. Should have good knowledge on Network and Server Administration4. Hands on Experience on mounting and unmounting the devices5. Should have good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office6. Should have good knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo)7. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills8. Good knowledge of German/English (written and oral)9. Having excellent administrative skills is key for the job (punctual and meticulous)10. Quick learner, punctual & interested in the progress of ITGood to Have
