AI Sales Product Specialist

As an AI Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our full suite of AI products. In this quota-carrying overlay role, you'll work alongside our Core Account Executive (AE) team, leveraging your technical expertise to prospect, demo, and close deals while delivering value-driven solutions to our customers within the Commercial segment in the LATAM region.

• Take full ownership of sales quotas and proactively work towards meeting and exceeding targets within a defined Zendesk territory.
• Collaborate closely with the core sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth from both existing Zendesk accounts and new business pursuits.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and leveraging a value-based selling methodology to align the Zendesk AI portfolio to their goals.
• Lead and support on all approved AI POC's, helping customers understand the product and providing proof points of value through AI adoption.
• Close collaboration with the AI Success team to identify expansion/cross-sell opportunities through increased volume, higher automation rates, and/or new products.
• Support the construction of commercial modelling, provide expert guidance on usage requirements and forecasted automation rate to maximise ARR potential while meeting customer requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, empowering the sales team to excel in AI-related engagements.
• Own enablement initiatives across an assigned territory, ensuring product updates, sales plays and market insights are communicated to Core AEs to aid prospecting and opportunity qualification.
• Collaborate across frontline sales teams and regional Zendesk leadership; inspire demand generation and effective deal execution.
• Build and present demos tailored to each customer's needs and maintain in-depth knowledge of AI Agent portfolio and practical AI applications in contact centers.
• Understand how AI technologies can enhance customer and agent experiences in contact centers.

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role. A focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space is preferable.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable

In this role, you'll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. We'll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together–even when we're apart.
