AI & Sales Enablement Specialist – Brazil

What You'll Do: Develop AI systems that transform every salesperson into a top performer by providing intelligent insights, automated support, and personalized coaching at scale. You'll build machine learning models that can predict which leads are most likely to convert, analyze customer behavior to identify the optimal timing and approach for sales outreach, and create AI-powered conversation analysis tools that can provide real-time coaching during sales calls. Your responsibilities include developing intelligent CRM systems that can automatically update customer records and suggest next actions, building AI assistants that can handle initial customer inquiries and qualify leads, and creating predictive models that can forecast sales performance and identify at-risk deals. You'll also architect personalization engines that can customize sales presentations and proposals for individual prospects, build AI systems that can analyze competitor strategies and suggest counter-tactics, and develop performance analytics that can identify what separates top performers from average ones.
