About The Role You would be working very closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders. This includes collaborating with business partners and with other departments such as Sales, Distribution, IT, Finance and service providers. Risk analysis and underwriting, including assessing clients’ background information and rating score; Data collection and streamlining; Support senior members and stakeholders with slides, data gathering, writing reports, maintaining databases and data pipelines; Follow applicable insurance laws and regulations; Provide training to sales teams across the country. Analytics and critical thinking are strengths that are amplified by your excellent face-to-face and written communication skills. Decisions don’t scare you. Adaptability is second nature to you. Essentials Bachelor’s degree is a must. Preferable options are Finance (Economics), Business (Administração de Empresas) or Law. Others are acceptable. Minimum three years of experience within the insurance industry Proven GL insurance underwriting experience. Hands-on experience in product development. English proficiency. Nice To Have Master’s in Business, Economics, Corporate Law.
