Purpose Of Position

For our Belo Horizonte office, we are looking for a technical software development. Your main role will be to help maintain an embedded Linux distribution (Yocto) for our devices by developing configuration scripts, maintaining and creating patches for open-source applications, and developing and maintaining Python, C++, and React.js applications.

Major Areas Of Responsibility
  • Development and maintenance of C++, C#, Python and React.js applications;
  • Develop scripts for task automation and system configuration;
  • Develop and maintain machine guidance solutions for mining.
  • Maintain a C++ / ROS application
Knowledge And Experience - Required
  • Knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows environments;
  • Organized and disciplined work style with problem-solving abilities;
  • Completed higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
  • Advanced english;
Knowledge And Experience - Desired
  • React.js coding Knowledge;
  • C++ and C# coding Knowledge
  • ROS coding Knowledge;
  • Knowledge with embedded development;
  • Knowledge of Linux network configuration (openVPN, iptables, etc.);
  • Understanding of GNSS systems;
  • Knowledge of NGINX configuration;
  • Knowledge with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the mining environment;
  • Familiarity with SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, and git tools.
Travel
  • 5-10%
