SAP Transformation Expert The SAP Cutover Lead is accountable for planning, coordinating, and executing complex SAP transformation projects. Develop a comprehensive end-to-end strategy, timeline, and execution plan for SAP system transformations. Collaborate with functional, technical, BASIS, infrastructure, and business process teams to define transformation tasks, dependencies, and sequencing. Drive the development of transformation checklists, runbooks, and readiness assessments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless system transformations. Maintain detailed project timelines, track progress, and manage go/no-go checkpoints throughout the transformation cycle. Identify and proactively resolve transformation issues and risks to maintain system stability. Collaborate with project management, business owners, and system integrators to ensure alignment with overall deployment milestones. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years leading large-scale system transformations involving multiple systems and geographies. Proven track record managing complex system transformations requiring strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of SAP technical architecture, BASIS operations, and infrastructure dependencies. Excellent coordination and communication skills—able to work effectively with distributed global teams.
