Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. About the Role: This position involves leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth and improve conversion rates through A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization of landing pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be quick to iterate on ideas, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include building and iterating on landing pages using WordPress + Elementor, running A/B tests & experiments, and tracking performance using CRO tools. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles. Analytical marketing mindset with the ability to quickly iterate on ideas. Creative problem solver who thrives on experimentation and iteration. Nice to Have: SEO basics. Basic HTML/CSS understanding. Understanding of UI/UX principles for better user journeys.
