We're looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team.As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic media buying and optimization plans to drive client growth.Build and maintain accurate forecasts to inform client strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.Communicate effectively with clients to ensure transparency and alignment on performance, strategy, and optimizations.RequirementsAutodidact: naturally curious and able to absorb information quickly and effectively.Unimpeachable character: embodies a character that inspires pride in both personal and professional associations.Competitive greatness: performs at their best when it matters most and demonstrates an unyielding determination to get things done.What We OfferSalary range: $64,000-$76,000 in the first year, with opportunities for growth and development.Remote work environment with autonomy and flexibility.Clear path for career progression and professional growth.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
