Key Account Manager We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our advertising clients across the APAC region. Main Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Ensure successful campaign delivery, optimization, and KPI achievement for our clients. Strategy Development: Develop and implement advertising strategies to drive client ROI and campaign performance. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, tech) to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution. Data Analysis: Provide clients with regular data analysis, performance reports, and actionable insights. Audit and Control: Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and stay informed about APAC advertising market trends and competitive landscape. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile marketing as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager. Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Skills: Solid understanding of advertising operations, SDKs, attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust, and fraud prevention. Soft Skills: Strong project management, client servicing, and communication skills. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization. Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts remotely across time zones.
