ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Talent Operations team and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle talent operations in a 1000+ people IT company. You'll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering Leads, Delivery Managers, and HR, applying your organizational and communication skills to support processes and special initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine
  • Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g., help engineers to find a part-time project or a mentor within the company)
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals
  • Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company's guidelines
  • Keep track of available talent and job opportunities

MUST HAVES

  • 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter or HR
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills
  • You are an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and above
  • Great attention to detail

NICE TO HAVES

  • You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment
  • You have strong GTD skills
