Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Software Development: Leverage Node.js to create scalable microservices that enhance modularity, maintainability, and security across systems.
  • Event-Driven Communication: Utilize Kafka for streamlined service interactions, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient data exchange.
  • API Integration: Design and integrate REST APIs (internal + third-party) to facilitate secure and efficient data transfer.
  • Containerized Deployment: Deploy services in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes/Nomad), leveraging automation tools for streamlined operations.
  • Identity Management: Manage identity and access control with Keycloak, prioritizing user security and authentication.
  • Database Administration: Design schemas and queries for MongoDB (primary) and SQL databases, optimizing data retrieval and storage.
  • CICD Pipelines: Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (GitHub Actions, Prometheus/Grafana), enabling real-time feedback and optimization.
