Freelance Clinical Research Associate Opportunity About the Role We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support our clinical trials in Brazil. As a Freelance CRA, you will lead site visits, monitor compliance, and ensure high-quality data while working with a passionate team. This role involves conducting site evaluations, initiations, monitoring & close-outs, ensuring GCP compliance and data integrity, collaborating with investigators and internal teams, reviewing protocols, study manuals, and eCRFs, supporting site staff with training and issue resolution, tracking investigational product inventory and documentation, attending investigator meetings and study-related events, and contributing to audit readiness and inspection support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in clinical research. Key Responsibilities Conduct site evaluations, initiations, monitoring & close-outs Ensure GCP compliance and data integrity Collaborate with investigators and internal teams Review protocols, study manuals, and eCRFs Support site staff with training and issue resolution Track investigational product inventory and documentation Attend investigator meetings and study-related events Contribute to audit readiness and inspection support Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRA with site monitoring experience IQVIA monitoring experience is preferred Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Fluent in English and Portuguese Your Profile If you have a strong background in clinical research and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
